In 2018, the NEACAC served over 200 children at an average cost of $1250 per child. In 2019, the NEACAC served 324 children. That's a 55% increase.
In addition to providing direct services to children and families, the NEACAC staff provides community education and awareness of childhood abuse and prevention to all seven counties:
Clay, Craighead, Greene, Lawrence, Mississippi, Poinsett, and Randolph.
We are thrilled to be hosting our inaugural Masquerade Ball on July 18, 2020, and our event is expected to draw hundreds of supporters. Through these fundraising efforts, our center will be able to better fulfill our mission. All communities in the service area will benefit of expanded outreach, additional training offered, and much more that is vital to these children suffering the worst of crimes.
